Where the conventional system falls short, MARNIX uses imagination as a driving force for change.
I’m Marnix van de Vijver, and I support people, teams and organisations who get stuck in words, structures or expectations. Through creative methods, experiential spaces and subtle improvisation techniques, I create room for growth, safety and new perspectives. My work is playful, exploratory and systemic: I make underlying dynamics visible, activate motivation and help people see and act differently.

Growth sessions _
For young people and adults who need new ways to express themselves, learn and grow. We build, explore and experiment. Through play, talents emerge, along with ownership and connection.
Creative team facilitation _
Sessions that help teams break through stuck patterns. I use imagination, improvisation and experiential methods to open up new perspectives and turn ideas into concrete actions.
Experiential spaces & installations _
Interactive installations that create opportunities for safety, wonder and conversation. From a park to an art maze: places that move you, open you up and shift your perspective.
